I truly enjoyed the breakfast with variety of excellent food. Though some of the staff were rather noisy, I had a decent stay. Magnificent and marvellous location by the airport, met expectation. It was also short walk to church, the local park, and supermarkets and town.

Appreciated it during our good stay. Every detail there was good! The room was very great-sized and extremely pleasant with a big bathroom. The location was ideal and comfortable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

Good English breakfast.
The hotel looks as if it is under reconstruction and is old.

Convenient location, friendly service, very spacious and comfortable rooms with good wireless internet, excellent Indian restaurant. The stay was much much better than online reviews had led us to expect.

this is the worst hotel I ever stayed, TV not working, sticky floor, old and poor furniture, every where looks dirty, only bed is OK. but makes loud noise when move on bed. no telephone in room, I ordered morning call, but next day no body call at all, they accept everything, but forget about it and no follow up. Shower sink blocked, but no telephone, so I can not call anyone to fix. Owner is Indian or Bakistan, I think, there are a lot of Indians in that area. Pretty far from Heathrew airport. Not suggest to stay, even cost nothing. Next time to London, never stay there, even for free.
TV not working, staff opened and when turn off, can not open again, remote control no battery, staff said to bring, but never come back, shower sink blocked, no telephone in room, ordered morning call, but no body do anything the next morning, room has a strong bad smell.

The hotel was cheap and cheerful, rooms were ok for 1 night stay. When you looked closer in daylight you could see they needed a bit of tlc. Bed was comfotable, there was a good shower with clean bathroom and clean towels. Staff were a bit slow to process booking us in and then later with serving drinks in the bar and food in restaurant. Also seemed a bit random with prices for drinks - like a figure was plucked out of the air. Overall a good price for a 1 night stay - we needed a hotel close to Ascot and this fitted the bill perfectly.
Rooms could do with a bit of tlc and staff need to be better organised.

The hotel was located in a great position for the business that I had locally and it was also very easy to find as it was positioned on the main road with good parking facilities.
Even though the hotel was competitively priced I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I was allocated and it was very small being positioned in the loft. Also the breakfast wasn't great and the choice was limited, but for a budget hotel the price was good.
